Shares of the ETF may be bought or sold throughout the day at their market price on the exchange on which they are listed. Shares of the ETF may only be redeemed directly with the ETF at NAV by Authorized Participants, in very large creation units. Large-capitalization companies may trail the returns of the overall stock market. Large-capitalization stocks tend to go through cycles of doing better – or worse – than the stock market in general. These periods have, in the past, lasted for as long as several years. Mid-Capitalization Companies Risk. Investing in securities of mid-capitalization companies involves greater risk than customarily is associated with investing in larger, more established companies. New Fund Risk. The Fund is a recently organized management investment company with no operating history.
